the perfect storm



our bodies touching
hands caressing
mouths hungrily kissing
soft moans

outside, the storm unleashes it's wrath on the earth
we move to the rhythm of the falling rain
fast and intense
releasing our own crescendo
our own quiet storm

exhausted 
yet immensely happy
we lay in each other's arms
catching our breath
yearning for more

sunday
