Got words?

I have a love-hate relationship with Sundays.  While I love having a day to do absolutely nothing, except maybe go to church, I hate that it means it's the beginning of the work week, for me.  I wish I could quit you Sundays, but I can't.  Damn you!

There.  I feel better now. Hey guys! What's up? So how was your weekend?  How many of you drank green beer yesterday? How many of you are still hungover? Uh-huh.  I thought so.  I neither drank green beer nor have anything resembling a hangover.  No really. I'm not kidding.  Why? Well, first of all, I hate beer.  It could be rainbow colored for I care. I'm not drinking it.  And second, I was not in the mood to be out with all the crazies pseudo Irish folk, so there.

Oh yeah, here is the ONLY reason I will be watching the return of Dancing With The Stars tomorrow night:

 You're welcome ladies. :)

You know, I really don't have much to say tonight.  Shocking isn't it?  But really, I don't. I mean, I HAVE stuff to say, but not for this blog.  I've been working on a writing project for a few weeks now, so that could be the reason my creative juices are dried up right now.  I'm sorry there is nothing more palatable on my blog right now bloggies.

Maybe if I sleep on it, I'll wake up with tales to marvel your minds.  Maybe.  Or, maybe I'll just be back tomorrow and write more mind numbing prose.  Tune in tomorrow to find out!

You know the drill, Monday's on deck, hit it out of the ballpark!

Great week, everyone!

I don't drink beer, either (hence the Shamrock shake) so I guess there's no point in pretending to be Irish, eh?

Hope to hear more about this writing project you're working on. Save your creativity for the important stuff! :P

Beer just sucks. ha! As for my project, I've been quiet about it because I don't want to jinx it. I know, I'm weird that way. I'm writing (trying to) two short stories at the same time. Those two separate stories may or may not turn into ONE book. -That's still up in the air. But yeah, that's what I've been doing. I'll reveal more as I come closer to finishing. When I write, I am really finicky about discussing any part of it until I'm finished. I've always been that way. Dunno why. I didn't tell anyone when my first short short story was being considered for publication in a magazine, until I received confirmation that it was a done deal. I know, I'm weird that way. But, stay tuned. :)

Okay, I can see why you will be watching that show. Glad to hear you are writing. That's great. I love beer, but don't drink too much any more.

I didn't have any beer either. Stayed home with my girl and watched a movie.

I think most writers wait to discuss their projects until they're ready for public consumption. It's not weird, it's disciplined.

Of course, I do the complete opposite! And while it's great to get feedback early in the process I worry that I'm oversharing--especially because I really haven't done much writing at all.

Good luck with your stories. Can't wait to hear about them once you're ready to share!

I don't think that there is anything "wrong" with sharing your story, as you create it. I just can't bring myself to do it. And I'm far from being disciplined, trust me on that! But I do find myself, very "protective" of my work and don't like to share it, at all, until I'm finished. Whether that be the final copy or a rough draft. You have to do what feels right to you and you alone.

Most definitey will share with eveyrone, as soon as I'm done!
